Alana De La Garza has earned a reputation in the television. De La Garza's parents were Mexican-American and Irish-American. She was born in Columbus, Ohio, on the 26th of December in 1976. The family moved to Texas for the purpose of pursuing an occupation as a physical therapist in the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last for long in Texas then moved to Orlando Florida where she experienced many acting opportunities that included local independent films as well as world-wide commercials. In spite of the minor parts, she realized acting as her true interest. After that, she relocated into New York in 2001 and she got her first role in the role of Rosa Santos on All My Children which is a soap for the daytime. During early 2000s, her small parts were in JAG Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. In 2004, she got her first role in a major series on the short-lived drama The Mountain. De La Garza played Maria Serrano as well as a variety of the best TV actors, including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggi and Mitch Plegge. Her most famous role was Law & Order, where she played A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared 85 times. In the following seasons, she was a part of the Law & Order: LA film, a short-lived sequel.
